RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking Healthcare Customer Service Representatives in Orlando, FL. This is a 3-month contract to hire position. Our client is looking for candidates who can work full-time 40 hours a week. Multiple shifts are available. Candidates will need to be flexible for weekends. Job responsibilities including scheduling COVID testing and vaccination appointments.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or GED/equivalent
  • Preferred 1-5 years of customer service experience
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to multitask
  • Proficiency with Computers, including Microsoft Office
