Job Description Summary:

ADI is looking for recent college graduates to join our expanding factory. Successful candidates will participate in a year long rotational training program spanning multiple technical disciplines within the factory. Participants will spend 10 weeks in each of five areas of the factory, gain a broad understanding of microfabrication processes once they complete their first year. Upon completion they will be assigned to an engineering team based upon factory need and their interests.

Job Description:

Typical Responsibilities include:

* Developing improvements to manufacturing processes and modifications to production process flows to improve yield, quality, cost, and cycle time
* Work as part of cross functional teams to drive root cause investigation of problems
* Identification and implementation of defect improvement programs
* Troubleshooting process shifts and discrepant material
* Optimizing processes to lower cost, maximize output, and match performance across tools
* Qualifying new equipment, new raw materials, and new consumable parts
* Monitoring process and equipment measurements to improve quality
* Analyzing cycle time and equipment overall operational efficiency
* Writing operating procedures and specifications
* Partnering with manufacturing operations to continuously improve factory performance

Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field of study. Minimum GPA of 3.3

* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Demonstrated ability to productively engage with individuals from a range of backgrounds.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with a high degree of personal ownership of their work quality
* Self-starter with a strong worth ethic who will thrive in a dynamic 24/7 operation
