Cision Work From Home Hiring For Support Associate Details

Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

  • In order to improve the customer experience, immediately responds to inquiries for customer assistance made by phone, ticket, or online.
  • Carefully and patiently hears the questions from clients, handles the resolution, or puts them in touch with the right teams to take care of their needs.
  • Acquires rapid proficiency in utilizing the support tools and systems to log in and address client inquiries.
  • Maintains accurate logs of all contacts with customers, changes account information, and may access this data to provide management reports.
  • Addresses issues with the platform or services by providing clarification on the customer’s complaint, identifying the underlying cause of the issue, choosing the appropriate solution, outlining it, and expediting any necessary corrections or adjustments.
  • Collaborates with customer experience management to uphold industry standards for effective customer communications.
  • Respond to consumer inquiries on new offerings.
  • Works together to guarantee service quality with Customer Success Managers, Onboarding & Implementation Consultants, and other customer-facing staff.
  • Increases client happiness and decreases customer turnover, both of which boost bottom line revenues.
  • Cross-functional cooperation with partners and stakeholders both inside and outside the company, such as the finance, sales, and other CX departments.

  • A track record of success in customer-facing roles.
  • Capacity to work with internal partners and coordinate important client deliverables to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Proficient in verbal and listening communication to comprehend the demands of customers and to provide succinct, clear responses in both written and spoken forms.
  • Dedicated, with an optimistic outlook and a can-do mentality; excellent work ethic.
  • Negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Knowledge with JIRA software is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English language abilities. Speaking many languages is beneficial.
