This General Accountant role will support and partner the Controller with all things Corporate Accounting.

Description

Key responsibilities will include

• Prepare journal entries in compliance with GAAP and the company's policies and procedures
• Complete Journal entries with proper documentation and approvals.
• Maintain and reconcile assigned accounts.
• Responsible for monthly budget variance analysis
• Responsible for facilitating audits as required.
• Partner Senior Management with analysis and decision support
• Special/Ad-Hoc projects as required

Profile

The successful candidate will have have the following:

• BA/BSc in Accounting/Finance or related
• 2+ years of Corporate Accounting experience
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Prior experience within Consumer Products
