We are currently searching for a customer service call center representative for an innovative client near our branch. The ideal customer service call center representative must be proficient with all order entry functions and completion of process using purchase order requests from beginning to end. The customer service call center representative should also be proficient with shipping logistics regarding to manufacturing, and have knowledge of ERP systems, and handling customers with a high level of customer service. Must have 1+ year of experience in manufacturing/distribution/office environments
Must have 6 months experience in customer service call center positions
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) including proficiency
Must be detail oriented, have excellent communication, have the ability to multi-task, and solve difficult problems, and be dedicated to your job to be successful
Have the ability to work with customers in all situations and experience with CRM systems is helpful(Sales Force, etc.)
Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred
Degreed candidates preferred
Account Management experience is a plus
