Responsibilities

The Regional Account Executive is responsible for building relationships with new customers as well as cultivating existing relationships within the On-Premise Channel. This position requires prospecting and developing new accounts, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships and increasing sales revenue. Managing the distributor network within the assigned territory to align similar goals on growth, gross margin contribution and strategic market development.

Selected candidate will:

* Influence account decision makers in order to achieve sales volume and margin targets within assigned territories.
* Utilize CRM, Lead Maturation and needs based selling processes to attain new business targeted growth.
* Leverage the company's broad range of products, equipment and services to effectively meet customer needs.
* Cross-sell products and services to our existing customer base as well as prospect for new business.
* Influence account decision makers in order to achieve sales volume and margin targets within assigned territories.
* Develop and manage productive business partnerships with co-workers networking groups and potential clients.
* Effectively communicate the full range of available products and services offered.
* Execute all marketing and sales programs to drive incremental volume.

Qualifications

* High School or GED required.
* Experience successfully prospecting for new business, cold calling, business developing, and cross-selling to an existing customer base in on-premise, food service or DSD.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and prior experience utilizing a CRM preferred.
* Demonstrated ability and willingness to provide outstanding customer service, placing customers' needs first .
* Demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence people in order to sell products and services to existing customers .
* Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize many different needs and requirements.
* Physical ability to lift up to 65 pounds, as needed.
* Ability to meet Primo Water Driver Qualification Policy.
* Valid Class C license.
* Travel in personal vehicle required to and from prospective customer appointments and Primo Water locations within assigned territory.
