Client Job description:
-responsible for the support and maintenance of accounts within a designated region.
-must demonstrate the ability to work over the phone to build loyal business relationships and influence and support sales growth by being knowledgeable regarding company product line and online support and order processing systems; patient and thorough when guiding accounts through the sales process for custom designs and new programs; and reliable when coordinating resolution to customer concerns.
-In order to grow and maintain a full pipeline, the ISR will be successful by working daily maintain and strengthen new or existing relationships with account base by communicating regularly, clearly, and professionally.
The position will be responsible for:
-Outbound calling and e-mailing to key points of contact with assigned regional accounts up to and throughout sales and manufacturing process
-Assisting with maximizing marketing communications to the account base on new or seasonal product promotions, marketing coop program, and general monthly marketing e-blasts.
-Logging and tracking activity for all new business opportunities into the company CRM (Customer Relationship Management tool).
-Special pricing quotations for custom projects and contracts; Maintaining annual quote updates
-Artwork requests for new opportunities generated by regional accounts and outside sales team
-Ordering templates that coordinate with user and manufacturing specifications for better order flow
-Custom die paperwork and communicating with account during custom manufacturing processes
-Factory questions that pertain to custom projects or require adjustment to product specifications
-Coordinating and working cooperatively with other departments during development and setup of new product. Online systems training, Onboarding procedures for new dealers , Assisting with resolution to issues that arise with the regional account base such as billing and invoicing, rush orders, remakes, and order status requests.
* Learn and own all the company sales language, internal processes, and company products. * Assist with on-boarding new dealers which includes periodic product training, coordinating online ordering and support systems training for new dealers (or new hires with existing dealers) to ensure sales readiness for selling company products and understanding of company processes. * Work with dealers and with Outside Sales team to develop artwork, quotations, samples, etc. for new business opportunities or product category sales growth. * Manage sales pipeline by identifying and tracking new business opportunities within CRM and remain accountable to activity for each opportunity (calls, emails, follow-ups, other tasks). * Update accounts on their category sales performance and educate the owners, store managers, and marketing teams of Preferred dealer accounts within defined territory of the various incentives and programs available to build brand awareness and grow sales. * Act on assigned follow-ups (in CRM) for leads generated at regional public safety industry trade shows and track activity related to each lead. * Successfully handle calls from unhappy customers by listening well, diffusing the tension, and moving the discussion to a productive outcome. * Work respectfully, cooperatively and effectively with all points of contact within the sales factory and office support staff. * Maintains a professional/working image in self and work environment and represents company with the utmost integrity. * Be responsive to dealer partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner. Coordinate with internal support staff to support the resolution. * Be aware and pass long any developments in marketplace and competitor activities and report back to management.
