We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the marketing team with our client in San Ramon. The company is conveniently located near I-680, Crown Canyon Rd and Bishop Ranch.
The Marketing Administrative Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to the following job duties:
Assist Sales Team with Company approved marketing pieces, supply fulfillment, computer and Company Toolbox support, etc.
Assist with internal marketing campaigns and marketing support Company-wide
Coordinate, prepare, and distribute internal Company newsletters
Assist with planning and executing Company events/activities, trade shows, and other sales/marketing functions as needed
Ship, track, and maintain Company trade show booths, stands, and other trade show collateral
Coordinate travel for Company employees
Assist with on-boarding new Sales Team members
Update, maintain, and distribute various company contact lists and reports
Assist in developing sales and marketing collateral as assigned
Proof and edit copy for marketing-related materials
Perform other duties as assigned
This is a temp-to-hire position in San Ramon. Hours for the role are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

-High School Education or equivalent.
•Strong computer skills including, MS Office Suites.
