•Interacts with customers, vendors and associates.
•Oversees contractor compliance process, monitors logbook and issues badges.
•Responsible for inventory management of safety and office supplies, including reorder points.
•Releases requisitions for purchase orders to be created. Completes purchase order information- prints and faxes PO's.
•Matches receivers to PO's and sends appropriate paperwork
•Audits time keeping system.
•Reviews contract payroll data for accuracy.
•Assists with monthly associate schedule.
•Assists with recruiting. Posts open positions, reviews applications and resumes and updates status. Assists with phone or in person interviews as needed.
•Assists with new hire Onboarding.
•Completes office filing for legal and company compliance.
•Works on annual wellness programs.
•Updates and maintains employee bulletin boards with wellness and benefit info, job postings, informational flyers, etc.
•Other duties as assigned.
•Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or vocational school, or two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. High School diploma or GED required.
•Must have strong computer skills.
•Must be able to manipulate Microsoft Excel. (LOOKUP, IF AND Statements, CONCATENATE, etc.)
•Must be able to measure items using a ruler or tape measurer.
•Excellent written and verbal communication.
•Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
•Strong problem solving skills.
•Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
•Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
•Must be detailed orientated.
•Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
•Must be able to work in team environment as well as independently.
