RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Winter Park, Florida (FL). Summary: The client is looking for a customer service representative to assist with overflow of calls. This person will need to have the ability to communicate effectively in speaking and writing as needed. This person will need to be able to handle a high call volume and multiple calls at once. They will need to follow administrative and clerical procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Conflict resolution techniques
  • Attention to details
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Insurance background preferred
