Martin Brower Manassas, VA (On Site) Full-Time
Position Summary:       Assist in the execution of the daily warehousing operations of a multi-temperature, technology-driven warehouse with a focus on safety and efficiency.                       Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:       Ensure a safe      working environment for all employees Execute company      processes successfully to ensure 100% compliance and safety regulations Ensure annual      performance goals are met or exceeded, including on-time dispatches,      quality, productivity, labor cost and product loss and damage Participate in the      development of budgets Assist in      developing and implementing the daily operating plan to include manpower      planning, warehouse work schedules and equipment assignments; partner with      the Warehouse Manager on bid package process Foster a work      environment that maximized employee involvement, morale and engagement as      well as ensuring compliance with regulations Ensure quality      standards are achieved for all good shipped and received and that the      facility and equipment remains maintained Maintain and      monitor food safety activities in compliance with company and customer      standards Partner with      Warehouse Manager to provide oversight to warehouse slotting locations,      racking, cycle counts and inventory of products Promptly solve      problems to the maximum satisfaction of our customer(s) Partner with Human      Resources to ensure appropriate staffing levels throughout the year and      any employee concerns are promptly and appropriately addressed Any other duties      as assigned             Required Skills and Experience:       High School      Diploma or GED 2-4 years of      related experience Self-motivated and      disciplined team player Strong      interpersonal and communication skills Ability to      creatively solve problems in a fast-paced environment Sound      organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize and multi-task to      ensure deadlines are met Exhibit a sense of      urgency and focus on results Proficient with      the Microsoft Office suite with intermediate Excel skills Willing to work      any shift and any schedule due to our 24/7 environment Must pass      post-offer background check and drug test           Preferred Skills and Experience:   College Degree preferred Food distribution experience a plus                   Physical Demands and Work Environment : (Mandatory statement)       Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  Due to the nature of our business in regard to such things as delivery schedules, order inputs, selection, and Department of Transportation Hours of Service, overtime, attendance and punctuality are essential job functions.  Should an individual in this classification not be able to adhere to this requirement due to a disability, they should contact their Human Resources department to see what, if any, reasonable accommodation may be made.   As an Equal Opportunity Employer, Reyes Holdings companies will recruit and select applicants for employment solely on the basis of their qualifications.
