Tier II Support
Our industry leading client is seeking a Tier II Support Agent to join their team in Memphis, TN! Tier II Support will be providing desk-side support, as well as, helpdesk support - resetting passwords, clearing cache, efficiently working and escalating tickets, & installing software.

Must Have Skills:
- 3+ years of professional experience providing technical support - helpdesk and desktop support
- Must have experience with Windows XP, 10 (and newer), and Microsoft Office 2010, 2013, 2016, O365
- Experience troubleshooting hardware & software installations, deployments, & configurations
- Associate's OR Bachelor's Degree OR Related Certifications
- Ability to work autonomously with excellent communication
