- Ability to read blueprints and lay out carpentry work at a commercial job site and manage a crew
-Understand carpentry schedule and order materials if need be, correspond with the GC on site and PM's back office
-Work as a lead carpenter if need be an be hands on while on the job site.
My client is seeking a working superintendent/foremen who is able to run a carpentry crew if need be work with them as well. They will be laying out the work and supervising completion of the work as well. They will be responsible for all materials on site and meeting with other trades to schedule basic work for the day.
They will need be well versed in all commercial carpentry prints and able to troubleshoot and flaws in the plans by providing a solution. This candidate will also need to work from time to time as well and lead by example.
Skills to leverage;
-Carpentry blue prints and knowledge of the trade
-Ability to use a tablet or computer to document basic tasks for the day
