Interface with executives, assistants, and other internal/external professionals
Coordinate, prepare, and reconcile expenses
Perform administrative duties to include: Compiling documentation; organize files; typing letters, memorandums and correspondence; maintenance of project files.
Organize, prioritize, and summarize the content on incoming mail, calls, special requests, and meetings.
Sort and distribute mail and other correspondence
Track material deliveries and invoices
Order office supplies
Other duties as needed
Experience working with city agencies is preferred

Experience working for a General Contractor or subcontractor is preferred
Experience working with NYC and NYS agencies is preferred
Strong typing skills
Demonstrated proficiency in: Word and Excel
Strong customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and very detailed-oriented
Proactive and solution oriented
Must demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion, and professional courtesy
Effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
