As a Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for creating, qualifying, finding, and closing potential clients that will increase sales revenue, growth, and market share within your assigned geography area located in the mid-west part of the United States.
Our client is a manufacturing company in the consumer packing industry, specializing in flexible and film packaging.
Negotiating contracts and agreements
Grow territory in multiple markets
Establish and maintain working relationships with customers
Responsible for reaching specified metrics and goals
Meet expectations of customers in the assigned territory
Plan and prepare for sales calls by analyzing the operation, identifying trends and new products to present, gathering pricing, and, products to present during sales call
Maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency by using relevant sales management tools
Report timely and accurate sales activity into appropriate databases
Collaborate with internal sales personnel to develop sales strategy and identify opportunities
Other duties, responsibilities and activities as assigned
Successful track record of building relationships
Great verbal and written communication skills
Personable, dynamic, and open-minded team player
Excellent negotiating skills
