Big Data Engineer
Are you a skilled Software Engineer, well versed in big data technologies? Are you interested in working for a leading financial service organization to modernize and rebuild on premise data pipelines on AWS Cloud? If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in Wilmington!

Responsibilities of the Big Data Engineer:
- Build data pipelines to enable automation of data delivery
- Build APIs and data delivery services to support critical internal applications
- Translate complex analytical models into highly available, scalable solutions
- Strive to continuously integrate and deploy code on premise and cloud environments
Requirements of the Big Data Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of Python experience
- At least 3 years of experience with leading big data technologies: AWS, Cassandra, Spark, Hive, Hadoop, etc.
- Experience in data management, data warehousing, and unstructured data environments
- Excellent ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies to enhance work processes
- Experience in an Agile development environment preferred
