Job Requirements of Customer Care Specialist:
- Provide sales and sales tracking reports
- Achieving forklift sales monthly sales targets
- Initiate sales calls that will drive events sales revenue
- Assisting the sales team in tracking sales activities and preparing sales reports
- Assist the sales consultants with individual monthly sales reports
- Assisting the sales team promoting sales and participating in various off site sales events
- Provide sales support for a sales team of over 90 sales reps
- Share weekly with sales team
- Handle both pre-sales and post-sales service functions
- Develop product inventory to sales
- Make phone sales calls to customers
- Provide sales ranking reports and other necessary reports to sales managers
- Facilitate daily sales related business
- Achieving store monthly sales goal
- Maintain all customer information for sales management
- Maintain all customer information for sales management
- Advise sales team of changes
- Achieve required sales team goals
- Work with outside sales representatives managing sales in a geographical region
- Develop and organize sales opportunities that will lead to product sales
