Job Description

ACCC Insurance Company is currently hiring in-house, desk liability Property Damage Adjuster in our Claims Department.

Core Responsibilities of the Property Damage Adjuster include:

  • Adjuster uses knowledge, experience, and independent judgment to determine liability
  • Handles disputed liability files and practices the use of contributory and/or comparative negligence within its state
  • Corresponds with agents, insureds, lien holders, body shop personnel, attorney’s, law enforcement officials and internal departments to resolve claims
  • Ideal candidate is self-motivated and able to keep on task with minimal direct supervision


To qualify, candidates must meet the following skill-sets:

  • Qualified candidates must have minimum of one (1) to three (3) years job experience as a Property Damage Adjuster
  • Knowledgeable of laws, and regulations as it applies to auto insurance industry within its state
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Non-Standard Auto insurance a plus
  • Property Casualty/Adjuster License
  • Excellent computer skills required
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) helpful
