Part-Time Facilities Maintenance & Office Backup Do you have previous custodial, janitorial, or facility maintenance experience? Are you interested in part-time work? Do you also enjoy customer service and other office related functions? If so, our client in Yarmouth wants to speak with you.
We are currently hiring a part-time Facilities Maintenance professional to help ensure our client's busy office stays in tip-top shape. This is a new professional office space and you will play a vital role in not only keeping it tidy, but also provide backup administrative support.
What's in it for you? Part-time, temp-to-hire opportunity $16 per hour (approx. 30 hours per week) Monday-Friday day shift schedule
What will you be doing? Performing routine indoor & outdoor facility maintenance Coordinating maintenance on company fleet vehicles Keeps office building in clean and orderly condition In addition, this position will put to use your customer service skills Provide backup during lunch breaks for the receptionist Assist in preparing, collecting, sorting, and distributing mail
