Machine Operator

Working on 12-hour shift (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am) on 2:2:3 shift pattern

Your profile

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.  Experience in machine operation, along with exposure to working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, is desirable.  Demonstrate an openness for training with high motivation and team player approach.  Knowledge of cGMP is a plus, in addition to, the ability to read and write in English and follow directions.   Physical requirements include, standing and walking for the entire shift, along with the ability to lift 20-40 pounds on an infrequent basis and work in varied temperatures.  You must pass a pre-employment and yearly vision screenings for distance and color blindness with our without correct lenses. 

Job Requirements

Your tasks

We are seeking Machine Operators with a desire to work in a clean, cutting-edge manufacturing setting to form glass vials. You will be responsible for operating machinery safely and efficiently, while assisting with machine set-ups, job changeovers and monitoring for product deviations. You will operate a set of machines and support production efforts through performance, training and developmental measures. You will also have the ability to partake in projects and LEAN initiatives to help further enhance your professional knowledge and career development.
You will be part of our Production Department, which is an integral and valuable part of our team. You will coordinate and work closely with fellow colleagues and supervisor to ensure progress of our product quality, while following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and making recommendations for continuous improvement and positive change.
