ITAC Solutions is seeking a Call Center Representative for a well-known financial institution in the Birmingham area. Banking knowledge is required.
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
- Assisting members with questions and inquiries by phone, mail, web or fax
- Following-up on services offered to each member
- Performing wire transfers
- Cross-selling or up-selling products and services
- Opening and closing of accounts as well as changes in member account information
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
- Must display ability to multi-task and have proven ability to provide quality service to customers
- Must be able to handle high levels of stress
- Strong interpersonal skills
What could set you apart from the rest (preferred skills / experience / knowledge):
- Ability to pull and understand credit reports
