Systems Analyst

6+Month Contract

Bridgeport, WV (onsite)

The role focuses on maintaining cybersecurity controls, supporting regulatory requirements, and managing network assets. This position will also lead or support hardware, software, and network solution implementations, system troubleshooting, and security monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support CIS Top 20 Critical Security Controls


• Implement and monitor advanced cybersecurity controls


• Analyze, design, code, and document application changes


• Manage applications in a Windows Active Directory environment


• Ensure system health through monitoring, backup coordination, and proactive security measures


• Resolve complex technical issues and lead integration of various technologies and services


• Provide technical expertise in application and infrastructure support


• Collaborate on system design and troubleshooting


• Lead or support evaluation of user requests for application changes


• Manage project work agreements, budgets, and deliverables

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Windows OS (Windows 10, Server 16+)


• Active Directory management (group policies, user accounts)


• IT solution deployment in distributed networks


• Configuration management tools (VCM, SCCM, Tripwire, BMC TrueSight)


• VMware vSphere (ESXi 6.0+)


• Multifactor authentication deployment


• Strong troubleshooting and remote support skills

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), Windows Deployment Services (WDS)


• BigFix, Trellix Antivirus, Carbon Black


• Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco network equipment


• Server and hyperconverged infrastructure experience (HP Simplivity)


• Vulnerability management tools (IP360, Nessus, Nexpose)


• PowerShell scripting, VMware PowerCLI


• SCADA/industrial control systems experience.
