Job Description

Ajilon Professional Staffing is hiring for a full-time Administrative Assistant job in Cleveland, Ohio. To be qualified for this position, you will need to have exceptional communication. Another important qualification is to have excellent presentation, as you will be interacting with many C-Suite level executives. As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for all day-to-day administrative duties including filing, organizing the office and monitoring the inbound and outbound phone answering.
 
Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant job include:
• Schedule travel and assist with catering of events
• Preform data entry into the database
• Organizing the office and maintaining a clean environment
• Filing, paperwork, organizing and phone answering
 
Key Qualifications:
• Minimum of two years Administrative Assistant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Written and verbal communications
• Daily customer service
