In this role, you will provide a wide variety of administrative support to the Trelleborg Industrial Products USA team, based in South Haven, Michigan. Duties include but are not limited to assistance in accounting, customer service, material planning and warehouse departments and/or otherwise needed. This role would suit someone who has the ability to work in a dynamic environment by organizing and prioritizing work proactively.
As an Administrative Assistant, Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- General Office administration including invoice matching, query resolution, debt collection as required;
- Support to our Customer Service team such as monitoring and updating customer schedules;
- Processing of purchase orders from demand in the ERP system;
- You will be required to liaise with internal colleagues, international divisions, suppliers and customers on an ad hoc basis;
- Possess a strong attention to detail;
- Willingness and ability to take initiative, anticipate issues, and offer solutions;
- Strong organizational skills and practices too consistently, reliable and independently follow through with limited supervision;
- Proactively seeks out and takes advantage of new opportunities.
