**Senior Financial Analyst**
**Position Summary**

Catalents Bloomington location provides drug substance manufacturing, drug product manufacturing, and related pharmaceutical services. This award-winning facility helps customers accelerate biologic drug development programs and bring better treatments to patients.
**The Senior Financial Analyst** **is responsible for providing financial support for Catalents Bloomington, IN location. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, project cost analysis, internal audit support, maintaining accurate financial records and reporting per GAAP and Catalent SOP, preparing management presentation materials, and other ad-hoc analysis/support.**
**This is a fulltime role working days; Monday Friday.**

**The Role**
+ Drives accountability and value-creation through robust financial reporting and analysis leveraging understanding of manufacturing process and cross-functional dependencies
+ Maintain visibility and communicate to leadership ongoing risks and opportunities that impact financial performance
+ Active involvement in SI&OP process to gain financial forecasting and alignment insight
+ Work with Supply Chain, Operations, and Costing team to understand capacity planning and absorption
+ Prepares and supports periodic financial forecasts and annual budget
+ Proactively identifies improvement opportunities to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
+ Other duties as assigned.
**The Candidate**
+ Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 5-7 years of relevant experience OR Masters Degree, plus 3-5 years of relevant experience required
+ CPA and/or MBA preferred
+ Advanced Excel skills; superior analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Knowledge of FP&A and Cost Accounting preferred
+ Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
