Full Job Description Position Summary: The Call Center Representative will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The representative will handle inbound and outbound calls. The representative’s responsibility is to respond to incoming calls from the customers to answer questions and inquiries, book appointments, troubleshoot problems, provided information, and handle complaints regarding the organization’s products or services. Additionally, the representative must be familiar with the establishment’s layout and amenities to offer the guests. Be professional and pleasant in challenging situations and take responsibility for the satisfaction of guests from the start to finish of the conversation and always keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
