At Epiroc USA LLC, our Mining and Rock Excavation Service Division provides a broad range of services with the aim of maximizing customers’ productivity. We focus on spare parts supply, professional service, support solutions and training. This open Customer Service Representative position will be based in Tucson, AZ.

Customer Service Representatives perform all aspects of customer service including answering inquiries, checking stock, taking and entering customer orders, solving problems concerning inventory, pricing, deliveries, backorder notification, returns and credits, warehousing and technical issues. The work environment includes being regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles and outdoor weather conditions. Noise protection is required in this role. This position is considered Safety Sensitive.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general Order Intake functions
• Answer incoming phone calls and e-mails from customers and distributors
• Respond to inquiries of Stock Balance, Pricing and Availability; enter subsequent Customer Orders
• Perform warehouse related duties as needed
• Assist in investigating problems relating to Inventory, Pricing, Deliveries, Returns, Credits and Technical issues
• Track incoming shipments and backorders
• Accurate daily filing of customer orders, invoices, acknowledgements and departmental communication 
• Maintenance of technical documentation and resources
• Assist with required tasks between customers and sales representatives, and assisting Sales and management with routine and special requests and projects
• Participate in Employee Development programs including product and application training, business and personal development
• Maintaining courteous and professional demeanor and communication with customers and internal staff at all times

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent education is required
• Three years of practical customer service experience; mining and/or construction experience is highly preferred
• Previous warehousing experience is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook is required
• The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• The employee may be asked to lift up to 50 pounds
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required
• Must be detail oriented and highly organized
