Job Details
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior and/or Partner Level Real Estate & Construction Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful litigation outcomes, and the ability to manage complex cases from inception to resolution. You will be representing individual and institutional clients in all aspects of purchasing, selling, leasing, financing, developing, and managing real property.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to the California State Bar.
- A minimum of 7 years of litigation experience, specifically in Real Estate & Construction Law matters.
- Substantial experience in complex real property acquisitions, sales, exchanges, and development, including planning and zoning, environmental quality, special district and local property taxes, construction contracts, space, and land leasing, and professional real estate service contracts for architects, engineers, brokers and related real estate industry services.
