Junior Imagery Analysis Support Specialist with Security Clearance
• MUST BE A US CITIZEN
• ACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE REQUIRED
• EXPERIENCE WITH PERFORMING THIS ROLE AT THE NATIONAL GEOSPATIAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY REQUIRED Skills and Experience (Required): • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geospatial Intelligence, Remote Sensing, or related field. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in imagery analysis role. • Strong knowledge of NGA analysis and production processes. • Experience with quality assurance methodologies and tools. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment . • Perform sampling of published analytic products for review and feedback. • Create quality standards checklists to ensure consistency and accuracy in analytic products. • Assist in the publication of "how-to" guides for use by NGA analysts to improve analytic processes. • Identify exemplary products for emulation and provide guidance on best practices. • Build, monitor, and modify quality plans to continuously improve the quality of ATP's analytic products. • Provide content for ATP's "Quality" website and parallel publications, as well as internal marketing materials. • Conduct periodic impact reviews to assess the development, tradecraft quality, and impact of analytic products on customers and the Intelligence Community. • Support the work of the Quality Review Team, including the development of marketing materials, publications, and quality standards. • Collaborate with other NGA offices to prioritize, coordinate, and complete quality assurance activities on schedule. • Analyze and interpret complex quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Participate in scheduled and ad-hoc meetings with ATP personnel to provide technical guidance and support. • Keep abreast of NGA developmental projects to provide planning and scheduling information to ATP management.
