Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief People Officer and HR Business Partner team for a client in Kirkland WA. Maternity Cover 6 months Payrate $25 - $30 per hour Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual with solid judgment, who is passionate about helping people. They must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with scheduling across time zones, and ability to shift gears with little notice is a plus. Job Description Responsibilities: Have end-to-end responsibility for managing executive calendar Make complex domestic and international travel arrangements Arrange off-sites, team functions and morale events Support day-to-day needs of teams of varying sizes Prepare and submit expense reports Assist with team communications and distribution lists Partner with key stakeholders on projects as needed e.g., Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing and the Senior Leadership Team Provide backup to the Executive Assistants as needed to cover vacations, etc. Requirements: 3-5 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced corporate environment Strong work ethic, self-motivated and a passion for being part of a high performing team Proven track record of working independently but also acting as a successful team player Ability to prioritize and anticipate needs; requires a high degree of judgment Strong attention to detail and the ability to track high volumes of data Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information Strong MS Office skills required Internet proficiency and knowledge of web-based applications Must be able to problem solve, multitask and manage projects through to completion with limited supervision Ability to think on your feet and respond rapidly to changing work environments as well as changing conditions Ability to contribute new ideas and think of out of the box solutions to opportunities as they Apply today firstname.lastname@example.org
