Responsible for the construction-planning, installation, operation and maintenance of line facilities in a specific geographic area. Additional responsibilities include customer satisfaction, system reliability and outage or disaster management.


* Lead and direct operations personnel and contractors to establish a high performing team to ensure prompt service which exceeds the expectations of the customer and contributes to a positive Company image.
* Promote, monitor and enforce area safety program, leading by example, emphasizing individual responsibility and ensuring compliance with all applicable procedures, work rules, regulations and codes.
* Maintain 24-hour-a-day availability to respond to service interruptions and emergencies to minimize their scope and duration.
* Work within the team environment to assure all jobs are completed in a timely manner and customer satisfaction is achieved.
* Develop and manage an approved budget to ensure a cost effective operation.
* Develop, motivate and train personnel with emphasis on individual growth, safe work habits and customer focus.
* Schedule and ensure completion of routine maintenance, and system reliability issued work.

Education and Experience

* High School diploma or equivalent
* Preferred Bachelors degree in Engineering or related line operations experience #LI-CT1
