Job Overview

We are working with an employee focused community bank who is looking for a Commercial Loan Officer that can entrench themselves in the community. As the Commercial Lender you would be in charge of maintaining and growing a healthy portfolio as well as determining the credit worthiness of loans and preparing them for presentation to loan committee. The ideal candidate would have an entrepreneurial mindset, be able to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to further their career with a growing company that puts an emphasis on their customers.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in Commercial Lending
    • CRE and C&I
  • Strong business development background
  • Preferably formal credit training or prior experience as a credit analyst
  • Can communicate effectively
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
