Atrium is seeking a passionate Executive Director of Sales to enhance and expand upon new business development for the Atrium suite of Contingent Workforce Services (CWS). The Executive Director of Sales will work closely with Atrium CWS Leadership and cross-organizational stakeholders to develop growth strategies and client relationships.

Act as Atrium CWS Executive Director of Sales responsible for national new business strategies, opportunity pipeline and Sales Team Management
Centralize CWS Sales function and report directly to Atrium CWS VP
Develop national Sales plan in partnership with Atrium CWS Executive Leadership
Partner with Leadership and Sales team to develop marketing and sales strategies, identify key existing accounts, and solicit new business
Drive CWS Sales initiatives and meet quarterly business goals

The Executive Director of Sales will have a minimum of 10 years of dynamic, responsible work experience in new business development within the Contingent Workforce industry; proven experience in representing Staffing and Managed Services
Minimum 5 years of experience managing and motivating a Sales team
Proven track record of managing complex, high-volume accounts
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other relevant industry systems (CRM, ATS, VMS, FMS, etc)
You’ll be successful in this role if you have strong leadership skills, thrive in a team environment, and enjoy contributing to the bigger picture. This position will require industry experience and a commitment to team mentorship and strategic sales success.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required
