Job Description

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Treasury Analyst for our Finance Group Department located at 1301 Central Street, Evanston, IL. The treasury analyst will contribute to the success of the company by assisting with core aspects of Treasury operations including treasury processes and services, bank account management, and cash reporting. This is a full-time position and is benefits eligible. Hours will be scheduled Monday-Friday.


In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate opening/closing bank accounts, updating existing bank accounts, updating signatories, and banking portal administration of users, products and services.
  • Maintain bank account list for accuracy including account signers and approvers

  • Process wires and resolve lockbox, credit card and payment issues with internal/external parties

  • Manage merchant processor platform reporting, users, additions/ updates to credit card devices

  • Oversee day-to-day cash activity, support daily cash forecasting process

  • Work with various departments (internal and external) to coordinate cash forecast

  • Analyze monthly bank fees and identify discrepancies
  • Monthly/Quarterly treasury related account reconciliations and journal entries

  • Support internal and external audits
  • Assist with other Treasury related projects or initiatives as needed, including streamlining and implementing treasury processes, merchant processor updates, etc.

  • Appropriately escalates issues to management in order to resolve in a timely manner.


Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics is preferred.

  • Minimum 1-3 years of previous Treasury or cash management experience

  • CTP certification a plus
  • Strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel) required
  • Knowledge of EPIC, Image Now, Lawson ERP, Paymentech, Trust Commerce and Amex Merchant platforms a plus

  • Strong analytical, technical and problem solving skills
  • Good organizational skills with process-focused mindset
