There is a wonderful opportunity for an House Supervisor to join a team of Medical Professionals at a highly accredited facility in Northern California. This acute care facility contains 80+ beds and about 200+ employees showing unlimited quality patient care. 

This short term acute care hospital has been designated as a Best Regional Hospital by U.S. News & World Report. The House Supervisor will have the opportunity to work for a hospital that is dedicated to providing superior healthcare to patients and their families. This 80+ bed hospital was is highly respected in the Bay Area as treating patients as their top priority, and being more than accommodating during their stay.

The House Supervisor will have the opportunity to work within the busy Med/Surg Unit, Emergency, and Critical Care. The highly qualified medical staff cares for patients with compassionate care. The nursing team works well together and are very adaptable with new employees.

The House Supervisor will report to multiple Nurse Managers, Directors, and the CNO while working with other experienced nurses in the units. The responsibilities include coordinating the daily operations of assigned patient care in order to provide personalized patient care, assumes responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care, and contributes in strategic planning.

This facility is located in Northern California near wine country where not only is it beautiful, but filled with friendly, neighborly people. With wine tastings, and great restaurants on the weekends, to evening hikes and sunsets year round, this is a hard opportunity to pass up!
