The Administrative Assistant will be the liaison between different company departments. He/She will be working very closely across all departments and will be go to person for various projects. The ideal candidate will have a at least 2-3+ years of administrative experience along with top-notch interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor.
Main Responsibilities: -Provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services -Research, documentation, word processing and data entry -Maintain office files and other records -Process incoming and outgoing mail -Distribute interoffice mail as needed -Schedule appointments and coordinate conference rooms -Provide back-up front desk support in the main lobby support for guests, visitors and the company's employees Additional Qualifications: -2-3+ years of progressive administrative support experience -Extremely articulate, polished, and professional -Ability to interface with administrators of all levels -Must be flexible, willing to help out wherever needed -Ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment -Bachelor's Degree highly preferred -Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
