Job Description

The Employer is seeking a Customer Service Representative in McDonough, GA.

The customer care representative will be working in the billing and utility department speaking directly with customers about billing concerns, setting up accounts with GA Power, apply account credits, closing accounts, outage complaints, etc. They will be working in a call center environment. There will be opportunity for split shifts, overtime, and potential remote work. This will be a long term contract (at least 6 months).

Job Requirements

Customer service experience- this could be retail, call center, or any customer facing role
Good attitude and a want to learn and grow
Good communication
Good technical ability- willing be working on a computer looking up customer information while on the phone
