Compensation: $50000.00 to $85000.00 yearly
Robert Half Finance and Accounting has partnered with a stable, highly collaborative organization that is seeking a hybrid Tax Accountant / Auditor. If you are experienced in Tax and looking to get exposure on the Audit side (and vice versa Audit and Tax), the Partner and team will help you ramp up. This company has competitive salary and solid benefits.
Day in the life:
• Prepare consolidated financial statements of up to ten subsidiaries
• Prepare audits, reviews and compilations for privately owned companies in various industries
• Reconciliation of all intercompany eliminations
• Write the footnotes of the previously mentioned financial statements including any supporting schedules
• Calculate financial covenants to ensure creditor compliance
• Write engagement letters for audits, reviews, compilations, and tax return preparation
• Prepare tax returns and corresponding work papers for corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates, not for profit entities and individuals
• Assist in various tax and accounting-related consulting projects including litigation support
