Job Description

Job Summary:

Assist in Consumer Sales Department including Sales Support Desk, Monthly Commission Process, International Coordination and various other duties.

Essential Functions and Duties:
  • Call potential International customers and provide company and service information in order to create an appointment for local market sales staff;
  • Follow-up with customers as a dedicated service representative throughout their move to ensure a good experience;
  • Utilize multiple computer programs to coordinate the many components of an international move;
  • Work closely with International staff
  • Assist with managing Sales Support Desk
  • Assist with monthly Commission Process, including audits, scanning and emailing


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Computer skills including Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Google, Mobile technology, IPad skills
  • Calendars and general internet capabilities, as well as company software
  • Math skills
  • Organization skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and trust


Required Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or its equivalency


Working Conditions:
  • Strictly office environment
  • 90-95% sitting down
  • Computer use is prevalent, along with telephone
  • Work schedule will vary based on business needs, but will generally be 8-5 Monday-Friday and possibly additional hours anywhere from 7a to 6p, and one Saturday a month 8-12.
