The Marketing Growth Manager role owns all growth-related marketing efforts for the market. This role is directly responsible for creating and executing marketing initiatives in the local market in support of, and in collaboration with, the other growth-related leaders for the markets. Marketing strategies are derived from a combination of partnership with the enterprise team as well as best practice sharing with the marketing leads from other markets. Those strategies are prioritized and optimized in collaboration with local leads. This role will be measured on the organic growth of our clinics, which includes new patients, optimizing existing patients and retaining existing patients. This role will directly report to the Marketing Leadership with regular directional input from and collaboration with local operational leadership. This is a hybrid role that requires some travel within the assigned territory. 



Primary Responsibilities:




  • Identify growth opportunities in the market and partner with market leadership to prioritize those opportunities based on current conditions

  • Lead the marketing team, providing strategic guidance and regular coaching with a focus on creating a collaborative, successful growth channel within the overall growth team

  • Implement, measure and improve the growth operating model in the clinics in partnership with the clinic ops and broker leads

  • Influence the patient growth forecasting and budget creation processes based on local market intel

  • Support broker-driven growth initiatives with marketing materials and strategies

  • Partner with other marketing leaders from across the enterprise to share best practices and ensure alignment of goals

  • Coordinating with the clinic ops leader for implementation of provider-based marketing (digital and terrestrial) strategies and provide regular reporting to clinic leads

  • Develop marketing and advertising strategies within budget based on identified growth opportunities and needs; Execute final strategies on time and within budget

  • Help facilitate the creation of marketing and growth materials with the corresponding enterprise resources

  • Collaborate with partners including broker relations, business development, direct and regional clinic operations leadership and others ensuring target alignment

  • Collaborate with broker relations and payor partners on advertising and marketing initiatives

  • Meet with physicians, clinic administrators and staff regularly to understand participation and interest levels in marketing advertising and community opportunities

  • Represent growth metrics and progress in regular market meetings by presenting marketing, growth and advertising efforts and their corresponding results. 

  • Support and share enterprise marketing campaigns/opportunities with market leadership as part of enterprise-wide initiatives

  • Coordinate with growth strategies and design team (acquisition marketing team) on delivering marketing and branding supplies to new acquisition locations, where/when applicable

  • Work with marketing analytics team on reports supporting target demographics for prospects, current patient population, etc. 

  • Understands compliance rules and regulations and CMS guidelines

  • Ability to travel up to 50% as needed for business 

  • Ability to work onsite in an office environment

  • Performs all other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field. (5+ years of comparable work experience beyond the required years of experience may be substituted in lieu of Bachelor’s degree)

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing and advertising field

  • 3+ years of successful supervisory or team lead experience

  • Knowledge of campaign management and strategy development

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Ability to travel up to 50% as needed for business 

  • Ability to work onsite in an office environment 

  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. Preferred Qualifications:




  • Experience in multi-cultural marketing and advertising

  • Experience partnering with sales organization

  • Experience in a health care or health plan environment

  • General knowledge of data and database marketing

  • Knowledge of or experience in working with Medicare Advantage plans

  • Mastery of various marketing fields such as direct response, digital marketing and traditional advertising
