This is a contract through AppleOne that will convert after a short period of time to working directly with our client. You will join a talented team with a fun and motivating culture, and will work out of their awesome office in downtown Austin!

About the Job -

Sales jobs are not for everyone. We need motivated individuals that enjoy being social and working in fast paced environments. If you are goal oriented, competitive, and teachable then you will be very successful!

While on contract this person will perform outbound calls and emails to augment and enhance our client's marketing and sales efforts.Their primary responsibility is to schedule appointments with marketing decision-makers for the company's internal sales team.

Their office is having serious success and once you are able to prove yourself in this role you will be promoted in to a direct selling role where you can earn commission.

Responsibilities as a Sales Development Rep -

? Qualify inbound sales leads based on specific criteria.
? Prospect into multiple organizations via cold-calling, email and networking.
? Make 60-80 calls/emails per day to build and manage lead development pipeline.
? Present and articulate value propositions to marketing decision-makers.
? Provide qualified prospects with appropriate sales and marketing collateral.
? Schedule new business/introductory calls and web presentation and pass on the opportunities to sales team.
? Meet or exceed monthly appointment targets.
? Provide weekly activity report to management.

Requirements as a Sales Development Rep -

? 0.5 -3 year(s) experience in lead generation,?business development?or telesales.
? Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas and goals.
? Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, listening and cold-calling.
? Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic.
? Knowledge of marketing techniques and databases used in marketing a plus.
? Experience with or ability to quickly learn various sales productivity tools such as Salesforce.com, InsideView and LinkedIn.
