Robert Half OfficeTeam is looking for an elite executive assistant to assist a client in Downtown Portland. The ideal candidate will be polished, organized, and adaptable. The role requires exceptional communication, time management, and administrative skills.
How you will make an impact:
Preparing reports and financial data
Training and supervising other support staff
Scheduling meetings and appointments
Assisting upper management
Submitting expense reports
Sending out announcements and weekly updates
Coordinating meetings and events
Providing general administrative, clerical, and customer service support
What we're looking for:
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Internet Research Skills
Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills
Scheduling/calendar management experience
Multi-line phone experience
