BCforward is seeking a Customer Service professional for a position in Little Rock, AR.

Job Title: Customer Service Rep III

Location: Little Rock, AR 72201


Primary responsibilities of the Provider/Member Call Center Representative include servicing customers by determining requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling caller's requests; maintaining database. This includes accurate and timely documentation and follow up as needed.

Job Description:

Responds to moderately complex customer inquiries and requests.


High School or equivalent.

Technical skills

  • Able to access/retrieve information using PC, Good Typing skills, Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products.

    Soft skills

  • Good written and verbal skills, professional telephone skills, follow written policies and procedures
  • 0-2 years of experience

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; may hold 2 year post-high school Degree; may hold Bachelor's degree.
  • Typically, 1-2 years of working experience in Contact (Call) Center
