Job title     IT Analyst
Reports to    Information Technology Director

Job purpose:
The IT Analyst will work collaboratively with stakeholders and end users to understand business and technology requirements; be able to analyze a vision from a manager, define the appropriate technology components, and cascade it among employees. This position will also assist with providing technical support and training to functional departments.

Duties and responsibilities:
•    Maintains technology and provides technical support for Enterprise Solutions
•    Collaborates with management to contribute to improvements and enhancements for mission-critical, enterprise-wide information systems
•    Collects business requirements and develops functional specifications; participates in Joint Process Design sessions
•    Active engagement with application implementations and provides post-implementation end-user support and maintenance.
•    Tracks and maintains multiple project statuses.
•    Assist with developing solutions to improve processes; work for change and improvement.
•    Responsible for reporting development.
•    Performs other duties as assigned

•    Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
•    2-3 years of experience working with application systems and implementation projects
•    Experience working with ERP & CRM solutions preferred: Microsoft D365 platform, Power Platform, SSRS
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills
•    Strong interpersonal skills & ability to build collaborative relationships
•    Ability to identify opportunities to solve business problems and improve processes.
•    Organized with excellent follow through – project management skills
•    Negotiation and decision-making skills
•    Positive demeanor with ambition to solve problems
•    Critical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment
•    Highly skilled team player who enjoys and recognizes the success of others

Physical Requirements:
•    Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
•    Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
