Job Description:

Provide analytical support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence within a LOB/ECF. Gather and organize data in order to monitor and test the effectiveness of key controls and status of mitigation and action plans. Prepare documentation for the tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk related issues to management. Acts as an ambassador of the risk culture. Incumbents typically have over 5+ years of risk management and/or LOB/ECF experience.

This role is a key member of the Quality Monitoring and Remediation team, and requires a strong operational background, change management experience, risk framework knowledge and understanding of Complaint requirements.

Coordinates remediation of enterprise FLU owned audit or regulatory issues that have similar themes across the enterprise to demonstrate remediation

Provides analytical support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence within a LOB/ECF.

Prepares documentation for the tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk related issues to management.

Acts as an ambassador of the risk culture.

Required Skills:

* Perform Quality Monitoring of key Enterprise Complaints controls and metrics
* Ability to identify and develop monitoring strategies and controls to be used in Quality Monitoring
* Identify risks, report trends and make recommendations to resolve issues and improve oversight and workflow.
* Continuously evaluate and improve process and operational efficiency
* Maintain a high level of expertise on Bank procedures and requirements
* Must have the ability to identify and escalate potential risk
* Ability to learn new systems quickly, problem solving and organizational skills
* Strong ability to communicate (written and verbal) with internal and external partners
* Ability to manage and shift priorities as needed & meet deadlines
* Proven analytical, logical reasoning and problem solving skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Courage to challenge a status quo
* Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) proficient
* Business Control experience
* Able to work in a team environment as well as independently
* Ensure adherence to Bank of America Risk Framework, regulations, policies, standards and procedures
* Ability to collaborate, manage, and expand relationships across the organization

Desired Skills

* Experience in Risk, Compliance or Regulatory environment, Enterprise Independent Testing
* Adapts to a dynamic work environment with multiple priorities
* Able to identify issues, collaborate on solutions and resolve effectively
* Business acumen in Complaints and Quality Control/Testing
