Job Description

Kelly Services is seeking an IT Administrative Assistant with an IT degree or currently enrolled in Information technology college courses.  This is a full time, 6+ month temporary position possibly longer for our energy client in Trevose, PA. Pay is $14.50/hr to start with benefits available in the first 30 days. Monday-Friday, day schedule. Job Description: The IT administrator will be responsible will assist be responsible for reviewing and requesting new vendor set up and or changes in collaboration with our Sourcing team.  This person will be involved in helping to recommend and execute process improvements for the IT quote to pay process.  The responsibilities include setting up a shared repository for vendor data, POs, MSAs….and other applicable data.  They will work to develop applicable reports to distribute to our IT staff.  Help to develop vendor metrics for key vendor scorecard reviews.  Responsibilities:  • Using MS365, create an on-line database of Vendors/POs to include amounts, expiration dates and other key data • Create reports using Tableau to share vendor actual spends, PO expirations and others with IT staff • Lead Workflow process to automate PO request for IT that will work within current Nintex structure to flow into SAP • Miscellaneous short- term assignments   Requirements: Proficient use of MS 365 office- SharePoint, one drive, teams, excel, PowerPoint. Demonstrated project management skills and use of project tools. Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent listening and interpersonal skills. Keen attention to detail Highly self-motivated and directed.
