Ensign Services is seeking a professional, organized Executive Assistant to directly support both the CEO and the Chairman of the board with investor relations, making travel plans, managing calendars, planning/scheduling meetings, as well as contributing to other team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as assigned.

Ideal candidates will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and multitasking abilities, and be able to work in a demanding, fast paced environment.
The Executive Assistant will interact with all departments within the service center and operations. This position is based in ESI's South Orange County Service Center in San Juan Capistrano, California.
• Minimum 5 years administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and other applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates initiative by confidently self-starting improvements to office procedures, reports and processes and requires minimal supervision.
• Pays attention to multiple details and multiple tasks while minimizing errors.
• Demonstrates ability to work on a team and willingness to give assistance to co-workers in other areas.
• Must be able to maintain department business with the utmost confidentiality.
• Demonstrates experience working in, and a positive attitude toward a rapidly changing business environment.
