TITLE: Network Engineer

LOCATION: King of Prussia, PA

RX2 Solutions' client located in the King of Prussia area is looking to hire a full-time Network Engineer. This person will be primarily be responsible for network security, hardware, and administration with the focus on "core” Network Engineering.

RX2 Solutions' client located in the King of Prussia area is looking to hire a full-time Network Engineer. This person will be primarily be responsible for network security, hardware, and administration with the focus on "core” Network Engineering.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting, configuring, and managing CISCO hardware (routers/switches, and connectivity) and Palo Alto firewalls.
- Managing Disaster Recovery Systems, WAN/LAN, and Network Security.
- Supporting and maintaining Linux/Windows environment evenly split.
- Installing, migrating, and troubleshooting Linux Systems upgrades.
- Creating, Documenting, and following, SOP and technical manuals.
- Involved in capacity planning for network, storage, and datacenters facilities.
- Managing WAN security, performance, and site to site VPN interconnectivity.
Qualification:
- 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience.
- CNNA is a plus
- 3-5 of hands-on Network Engineering experience focused on supporting CISCO products.
- Experience working on Palo Alto firewalls.
- Knowledge of Linux/Window servers.
- Background/knowledge of Spanning Tree, HSRP, GLBP, and VTP.
- Advance PowerShell scripting is a big plus.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
