Program Analyst (Int I Acquisition/Procurement/Contract Analyst)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Program Analyst (Int I Acquisition/Procurement/Contract Analyst) to join our team in support of the Operations Support and Engineering Services (OSES) for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) in Oklahoma City, OK.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide business management functions such as budgeting, financial analysis and planning and control of funding and allocation of funding.
  • Provide business process analysis to describe and create defined business and operations controls and processes.
  • Perform database and records management.
  • Perform quality assurance and configuration management using FAA tools. 
  • Plan, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs. 
  • Source data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and business processes.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of the operations.
  • Provide administrative support including communications, space management, property inventory management for all accountable property.
  • Support for personnel, safety, environment, and training related activities
  • Database and records management and reporting
  • Quality assurance
  • Assist with verifying purchase and travel data

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
    (Eight years of relevant experience over and above the minimum experience requirements for the position will be considered equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.)  
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
    (A Master's degree in an appropriate discipline will be considered equivalent to two (2) years of relevant experience
