Law Firm Accounting Clerk
Boutique law firm in Alpharetta, Georgia has an immediate opening for an Accounting Clerk. This role will include, but not be limited to, data entry for Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R), assisting with the firm's legal billing and other accounting/administrative duties as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry for A/P and A/R
- Assisting with legal billing
- Other accounting/administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Previous work experience in a law firm (or professional services firm) with time and billing utilizing billing software integrated with a General Ledger
- Stable work history and stellar references
